There are stupid questions

I had two questions
About a flower
Name? “It’s a Lilac”
The color?
I didn’t ask.

You insist
“The next question?”
Would it bring peace to you if I asked
Or would it be just stupid or for the sake of us; our harmonic progression,
Should we discuss how flowers get color from pigments.

When the first had answered all other questions; we must stop pretending; leave room for thinking.

So, “I stood / Among them, but not of them; in a shroud /
Of thoughts which were not their thoughts.”

Then I remember that he (Lord Byron) also said:
“There are four questions of value in life, Don Octavio.
The answer to each is the same.
Only love.”
